Age-Friendly Digital Banking: Staying Confident and Safe Online

Researchers from Swansea University, together with Swansea Council’s Community Cohesion team, will introduce practical ways older adults can feel more confident and safer when using digital banking and online financial services. The session will include a short interactive exercise to help people recognise common risks, check information, and think about simple steps for staying safe online.

AI for Everyday Life (Work and Personal)

A practical introduction to using AI tools like ChatGPT to save time and get things done. This session covers getting started, where it works well, and where to be cautious, with live examples and a chance for participants to try a few simple tasks themselves.
