This accessibility statement applies to Swansea Bay City Deal’s Digital Infrastructure Programme website: digital.swanseabaycitydeal.wales
This website has been developed by Tinint and is managed by the Digital Infrastructure Programme team. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts
- zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand. AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

This website has been developed to be fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. The site uses a Google Map, visit their help centre for more information on the accessibility of Google maps.

We require that any new third-party systems we commission for the Digital Infrastructure Programme’s website are Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 AA compliant.
However, with the exception of Google Maps we currently do not have any third party systems or apps linked to this website.

We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We monitor our website using Silktide and use this to identify and fix any accessibility issues. We respond to all feedback and will address any accessibility issues that are raised.

This website is tested weekly by Silktide. All pages of the website are tested and we use this information to make continuous improvements.
